Wanda WSQ Studio Qingdao (China) 2014-2018
Wanda Studios Qingdao, working from pre-feasibility through master planning and construction to practical completion of 45 sound stages ranging in size between 1500 sqft and 100,000 sqft, indoor and exterior marine shooting environments including an underwater stage, paddock horizon tank and permanent blue screen backing structure and the world’s largest sound stage.
Support and welfare facilities include canteens, restaurants and kitchens for 1500 covers, specialised workshops, offices, art and design areas, costume, artist facilities and vendor areas.
With a total build out in excess of 2,000,000 sqft of film and television facility and media park WSQ Studios is currently the largest screen-based media lot in the world.
Pinewood Atlanta Studios (USA) 2013-2017
Three phase roll out of Pinewood Atlanta Studios, consisting 18 sound stages between 1500 sqft and 40,000 sqft, workshops, support facilities, vendor village and film academy.
Pinewood Atlanta Studios formed a continuous roll out of three distinct phases with construction being scheduled and coordinated around busy production shooting environments avoiding disruption and included the largest stage to be constructed using tilt-up concrete.

The conversion of an existing industrial building provided 2 x 20,000 sqft, cooled, heated and extracted sound stages and an array of flexible shooting floor and workshop options, production support and on-site vendor facilities.
